| As a client you should have
expectations concerning the extent , quality, cost, benefits, and reliability of our
services. PMC uses a checklist to aid in
reviewing your requirements. |
|
Service delivery is the
application of consulting skill. Without this skill, even high levels of
understanding cannot be put to effective use for our clients. PMC delivers services through several steps:
1. Setting objectives, identifying problems and needed services, and
gathering essential facts pertaining to the problem and means of delivering the services.
2. Adapting and designing the services that are to be the principal
deliverables.
3. Implementing services in a satisfactory manner.
4. Evaluating the results in order to determine the value added |
|
If a fully implemented
service, system, or recommendation will be turned over to the client ready for use...
|
PMC
will give greater attention to detail than with other services.
|
|
If the service requires
changes or adaptations by the client...
|
PMC
will tell the client explicitly what to do in order to realize the service benefits.
|
To effectively deliver services PMC steps through the following checklist:
- How long does PMC have from the time the client
requests the service to delivery of the service?
- What technology is required to deliver the service?
- Will the service have a reasonably lengthy useful life?
- Will PMC be able to deliver the service profitably,
yet in a cost effective manner to the client?
- Is PMC organized to deliver the desired service?
- Is the client capable of accepting the service?
By asking these questions during the planning period of the project, PMC is able
to anticipate and define most of the problem areas likely to arise. |
